When I tried to send an email
using Outlook, the message was instantly returned with an email that
contained the following error message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
SOLUTION
This error occurs
when you use multiple Dial-Up-Accounts and you try to send an email using
one ISP but are connected to the internet via a different ISP.
All that needs to be done is disconnect from the current ISP
and dial up with the ISP that corresponds with the email address you are
sending from
